within the first 30 days of your purchase, and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will be given a refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and taxes if applicable, if you are eligible for refund. Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Please also include in your email the product and service purchase information relevant to the cancellation request. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to muffins@expressworld.com Subject: Refund Delay. We will investigate any matter within 24-72 hours. Cancellation Policy : Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
